  • Orders must be placed within the designated ordering periods stated on our website.
  • Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.
  • Prices are displayed based on your selected country and currency (THB, MYR, or USD).
  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, PromptPay (Thailand), and other region-specific options as specified on our website.

📌 3. Shipment and Delivery

  • Shipment schedules are clearly displayed on our website.
  • Estimated arrival times are provided for Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and Cambodia, but may vary due to customs clearance and transportation conditions.
  • Customers are responsible for collecting their orders at the designated pickup locations or arranging delivery as per the shipping policy.

📌 4. Product Quality

  • We ensure proper cold chain logistics and handling for all fresh flower shipments.
  • Due to the nature of fresh flowers, minor variations in appearance and freshness may occur.
  • Claims for significant quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

📌 5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled after the ordering period has closed.
  • Refunds are only applicable in the case of significant product damage or failure to deliver, as determined by Flora.app.
  • Refund claims should be submitted via email at admin@flora.app within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

📌 6. Limitation of Liability

  • Flora.app is not responsible for delays caused by customs, transportation disruptions, or force majeure events.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods.
