📌 1. Shipment Schedule
- Shipments depart from Kunming, China three times per week (usually on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Fridays).
- Shipment schedules and ordering deadlines are published in advance on our website.
- Customers are encouraged to place orders early to secure preferred shipment dates.

- Thailand (Bangkok):
Pickup available at Pak Klong Talad Market. - Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur):
Delivery service available within KL. Additional arrangements required for locations outside KL. - Cambodia (Phnom Penh):
Pickup available at the designated flower shop.
📌 4. Shipping Charges
- For Thailand: No minimum order weight; additional handling fees apply for orders under 10kg.
- For Malaysia and Cambodia:
- Orders ≥ 25kg: Standard shipping rates apply.
- Orders between 10kg – 25kg: Additional handling charges apply.
- Orders below 10kg: Not accepted.
