At Flora.app, we specialize in wholesale pre-orders of fresh flowers, delivered with care through our cold chain logistics system. This policy outlines how shipments are scheduled, delivered, and handled.


📌 1. Shipment Schedule

  • Shipments depart from Kunming, China three times per week (usually on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Fridays).
  • Shipment schedules and ordering deadlines are published in advance on our website.
  • Customers are encouraged to place orders early to secure preferred shipment dates.

📌 3. Pickup and Delivery

  • Thailand (Bangkok):
    Pickup available at Pak Klong Talad Market.
  • Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur):
    Delivery service available within KL. Additional arrangements required for locations outside KL.
  • Cambodia (Phnom Penh):
    Pickup available at the designated flower shop.

📌 4. Shipping Charges

  • For Thailand: No minimum order weight; additional handling fees apply for orders under 10kg.
  • For Malaysia and Cambodia:
    • Orders ≥ 25kg: Standard shipping rates apply.
    • Orders between 10kg – 25kg: Additional handling charges apply.
    • Orders below 10kg: Not accepted.

  • While we strive to meet the published delivery schedule, delays may occur due to customs processing or unforeseen transportation issues.
